  2. Leadership Leadership is one of the three main tenets of Circle K International. Participation in Circle K will help members become more active citizen leaders. There are many opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities at all levels of the organization.

  3. Lead as a Member As a club member, you have several leadership opportunities available to you! • Chair a club project or event • If you know of a certain service project or event that your club doesn’t have, speak with your club president about starting it up! • Club committees • Many clubs have committees that focus on various aspects of club operation such as socials, fundraising, membership, and scrapbook. • You could join a committee or you could chair a committee! If your club doesn’t have committees, speak with your club president and set one up!

  4. Club Officers Each club has an elected Board of Officers that serve the club. The club board is responsible for the operation of the club. • President – facilitates Board Meetings and oversees the overall operation of the club • Vice President – assists President and oversees committees • Secretary – keeps records of club activities • Treasurer – oversees club finances • Editor – publishes club newsletter

  5. Divisions Clubs that are close in proximity are grouped together to form a Division. Each division is led by a Lt. Governor. This individual is a member of a club within the division.
