Bradford, PA – Lessons Learned • Cold air is slow to move, despite the guidance! • The changeover to snow can come quickly at a higher elevation station. • An anabatic cold front precipitation shield, especially amounts, are well handled by EPS. • Winds in a colder air mass tend to be less than guidance due to lack of mixing.
