  2. Tucked away in a block of newly developed apartments, Simon’s ground-floor apartment missed that garden beachside charm. It needed a green touch to break away from the modern render and the lack of imagination the typical developer bestows on any new build. • When there is an outdoor space, there is always potential, even if the garden is an unusual shape, a clever design can be worth investing in. • Bondi Landscapes designed and constructed an entertaining dining courtyard with a slightly distressed limestoneSarrelle paver from Eco Outdoor, a relaxing custom bench seat area, a grassy play area with tropical planting, and wildness garden path featuring Armstone stepping pavers taking you through to the utility clothesline area. White painted wooden fencing refreshed the complete area and enhanced the Golden Cane palm trees.
