  1. Is Your Procurement in Jeopardy?

  2. The VPPA requires public notice of the IFB at least this number of days prior to the date set for receipt of bids.

  3. When purchasing these, the RFP shall not request that offerors furnish estimates of man-hours or cost for services.

  4. Per the VPPA, this term is defined as a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the IFB.

  5. In this case, a contract may be awarded without competitive sealed bidding or competitive negotiation; however, such procurement shall be made with such competition as is practicable under the circumstances.

  6. No fixed price contract may be increased by more that this.

  7. To pass the certification exam, a student must know this—also known as the BOK.

  8. This certification does not require management experience.
