I AmA poem by Heidi Huey I am one who loves and wants to be loved by others I wonder why people do unkind things I hear nature calling me to go out and appreciate all she has to offer I see people always faulting others instead of looking internally for positive changes I want to find a teaching job that is out-of-sync like me I am one who loves and wants to be loved by others

I pretend that I can do all of this and more I feel happy when I hear my daughter sing while rocking her doll I touch, but I am picky about being touched I worry that our nation is going downhill I cry when I am overwhelmed and not feeling successful I am one who loves and wants to be loved by others

  4. I understand that I won’t have my son as a snuggle buddy forever I say things curtly too often I dream that people may be more thoughtful and generous to others I try to make a positive impact each day I hope that my children will be loving, caring, strong and generous people as they grow I am one who loves and wants to be loved by others
