COMUNICATIONS PROCESS  Buyer forwards copy of Order, L/C, Contract No & location of copper to ELS JNB and ELS CC  PHYSICAL MOVEMENT OF CARGO Ndola advised and instructed to collect cargo Buyer places order  Copper collected from Supplier and taken to ELS Ndola ELS Ndola advises ELS CC when copper has arrived at ELS Ndola Bagged copper Loose copper  ELS Ndola advises ELS CC when all copper is bagged Copper is bagged  Some copper sampled for humidity & copper content ELS Ndola advises ELS CC of sampling and results  Copper loaded onto trucks (160 tons per day / 34 tons per truck ELS Ndola advises ELS CC of Order, L/C, Contract No, Bag No, Lot No, Seal No, truck registration and weight of truck Spreadsheet is updated Process Flow (1 of 4)

Spreadsheet is updated Containers are positioned on rail Containers railed to DUR  ELSJNB advises ELS CC when containers have arrived in DUR and put into stacks. Vessel ETD also advised. Containers put into stacks In DUR  Containers loaded onto vessel ELSJNB advises ELS CC when containers have been loaded. Vessel sails Spreadsheet is updated
