  3. 1 – Planning of the OS • July – October 2009: Middle-July: Publication of the final versions of the documents: • Information Memorandum and allocation Rules • Letter of commitment and requesting forms • Non disclosure Agreement (NDA) between TSO and Shippers • Contract Booking between each TSO and Shippers • End-July: Information meeting with the Shippers. Before 31 July: Signature of the NDA between each TSO and Shippers. 30 September: Deadline for sending the request form and Letter of Commitment for the First Phase of the 2013 Capacities. 30 October: Publication of the results of the First Phase of the OS.

  4. 1 – Planning of the OS: First Phase • November 2009 • Before November 30th: Signature of a capacity booking contract or transmission contract between each TSO and interested subscribers (2013 capacities). • January 2010 • Approval of GRTgaz and TIGF global investment programs by their respective Boards of Directors (2013 capacities). • Approval of GRTgaz and TIGF global investment programs by CRE (2013 capacities).
