Planned activities at CERN on March 8 • All control rooms and guided visits will be primarily staffed by women • Posters will be displayed in main building and visitors centers • Historic poster, LHCb poster, CMS poster • INFN exhibit • Press office will issue a Press Release • Video screens will show webcams views of the various control rooms • Paola Catapano will make video interviews of various women in control rooms • To be used live and later on on various Outreach pages • Stickers will be distributed in main cafeterias for people to show their support • Official contacts will be made with Fermilab and possibly INFN? • Special seminar organized by Equal Opportunity will be held close to March 8
