  1. 5 Relaxation Tips to Relax After a Hard Work Week Hard work week is not uncommon these days. Stress of inter continent operations, shift timings has blurred the boundary of day and night. While our company and our boss demand superhuman timings, our body is not used to it. Our body is very happy to operate in a rhythm where food timing, sleep time are defined and structured. When we exploit and expose our body to stress of junk food and variable food/sleep timings, it is important to nurture our body on weekends and help it relax so that it is ready for battle next week. Few relaxation tips that your body will always thank you for 1.Moderate exercise: If you are able to find time for exercise during weekdays, excellent! But if finding that half an hour is stressful for you, ensure that you take out 3-4 hours over weekend to stretch and twist your body in either gym, run or for a game of tennis, squash. 2.Drink lots and lots of water: While your company stretches us during week, your friends/family want to party on weekends and we end up pushing our body more with drinks and heavy food. In such cases, it is extremely important to drink well. In fact, this shall be practiced on a weekly basis as well and one shall drink 3-4 liters of water every day. 3.Massage on weekends: Look for spa in Delhi and get yourself pampered. Or Blackmail your partner in giving you a good weekend massage. This will not help to improve your healthy but also foster feeling of connectedness amongst you.
