  1. Presentational Writing Assessment Using your rough draft: • Type up your letter. Remember to use font size 12 (Arial or Times New Roman) and double-space the body of your writing. Insert accents by using Insert > Symbol and select the accented letter from the list. • Add a “Word Count” at the end of your letter: Insert> Quick Parts> Field. Pick NumWords, then click OK. • Review your document for errors. First, make sure Spanish is the set language: Hold down CTRL and hit the A button to select the entire document. Then, go to: Review> Language> Set Proofing Language. Pick Spanish (International Sort) from the drop-down menu and click OK. Now you can right-click on any words with blue, green or red squiggles underneath and check for errors/possible solutions. (This is another way to check for missing/misplaced accents!) • Print it out and hand it in.
