Sexual Assault Investigator • Only one for Europe (4 authorized positions) • Located at Kaiserslautern CID Office (Kleber) • Focuses on case involving Sexual Assault and Child Assault • Liaisons with: • SVP, SJA, SAC’s (Agent’s), SHARP/SARC/UVA, SART LRMC, USARUER G-1 SHARP Director, SWS, FAPM, Local National Police and Prosecutors, etc • Participates in: • CRC, SARB, New Commander/Leader Training, CG’s Health Awareness Panel, Invisible War Panel, Hiring Process for UVA’s, SHARPS, Instructs at SANE and SHARP training, etc

  3. Sexual Assault Investigator • Normal Daily Duties • SME for CID on all Sex and Child Assault Cases • Victim and Subject Interviews • Assist with Preliminary Investigations • Review cases and provide investigative feedback (IP) • Constant coordination with SVP/TC • De-conflict issues of PC with TC/SVP/CID • Constant Coordination with Commander (>O-5) • Conduct multidisciplinary training

Special Victims Unit • We do NOT have one in the classic sense • CID in Europe is spread out over 13 offices • Ansbach, Baden-Wurttemberg, Bamberg, Baumholder, Belgium, Grafenwoehr, Hoenfels, Kaiserslautern, Kosovo, Schweinfurt, Stuttgart, Vicenza, Wiesbaden • Agent’s trained in SVU course = about 50% • Agent’s trained in CAPIT = about 80% • Agent’s trained in DIVIT = almost none, this is a new requirement. MTT coming in Jul 13
