  2. Early Life • October 17, 1915 • Arthur had two siblings • Graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School • Family moved in 1929 • Interested in sports like football, and baseball

  3. Adult Life • Worked odd jobs to pay for his college tuition • Attended the University of Michigan • Married multiple times • Four children

  4. Miller’s Accomplishments • He was given many different awards • Married Marilyn Monroe • Wrote many different plays through out his life

  5. The Crucible • It was an allegory • It showed the fact that McCarthyism was doing the same thing they did in the Salem witch trials.

  6. Late Life and death • Later in his life he wrote plays about his past experiences • Autobiography was published • In 2002 his 3rd wife Ingedied • February 10th 2005
