  2. Who is Jonathan Boucher • Boucher arrived in the 13 colonies when he was a young man in 1759. Boucher always dressed very simply. He was full of energy and a very committed man.

  3. Why did Boucher become a loyalist? The reason why Boucher became a loyalist was that he thought that, not listening to Britain was like not listening to god. Another reason why he became a loyalist was that he thought British laws were making life safe for the colonists.
