The voting age for American citizens is 18, and the qualifications include Race, color, or previous condition of servitude

Who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote, shall not be abridged by the United States or by any state on account of age, however if you have committed a major crime or have a mental illness your ability to vote may be revoked.

The president is elected for a five-year term by the people, election occurs every 5 years. voting age is 18, born or naturalized citizen, cannot be declared incapable.

Lithuania and the united states currently have a very solid relationship. The executive branch of the united states has always had a strong bond with the Lithuanian government, and the United States has reassured Lithuania that in times of war we will come to their assistance.
