  1. Course Registration Basics • This presentation will show you how to: • Set your account options for class selection, financial aid, health insurance, and car permit • Learn how properly read the schedule, course times, days, and class limits • Select and add courses to your schedule • Drop courses from your schedule • Confirm course selections • Submit an Overload request for full classes

  2. STEP 1 Sign in to EdWeb

  3. STEP 2 Click “Set options” and change setting to: SP 10

  4. STEP 3 Change Session to:Spring 2010

  5. STEP 4 Click on Registration to begin setting options

  6. STEP 5 Click on Fees & Financing Option

  7. STEP 6 Confirm: 1. Health Insurance 2. Car Permit 3. Payment methods *It should be the same for SPRING if nothing changed in the FALL.

  8. STEP 7 Once you set your options click SUBMIT CHANGES

  9. STEP 8 Once Fees & Financing Options are finalized, click link to confirm

  10. STEP 9 Once Billing & Payment Options are finalized, click on Course Selection to begin registering for classes.

  12. In a new window/tab Click on Spring 2010 Undergraduate link to see course schedule

  13. Spring 2010 Course Schedule View - http://www.stedwards.edu/regist/crsinfo.htm Scroll down to the class you would like to sign up for

  14. Find the class you want and click on the link

  15. Make sure you check the course section, seat limits, day, and time Course number and title (CULF 1320) # of seats Course section Days of class Time of class

  16. 2. Enter course section (.01) 1. Enter course name & number (CULF 1320) 3. Click ADD to register for course STEP 8 Begin adding classes

  17. If you chose a class by mistake or want to drop a classclick the bubble next to the class you want to drop, and then click DROP

  18. Once finished selecting classes, be sure to confirm your course selections

  19. IF A COURSEIS FULL • Go to the overload instructions - http://www.stedwards.edu/regist/crsinfo.htm

  20. Findtheprefixforcoursethatisclosed

  21. Followtheinstructions per schooltorequestanoverload *Overloads are notguaranteed. They are basedon a case by case basis
