Input/output C is n ear layout to the device. TPS2066. IN. 3.3V. 47 u. 0.1u. EN. OUT. 10K. 150 u. OC. GND. GND. GND. IN(5V). EN (3.3V). OCx. If OCx is pulled up to a supply that is ON before EN goes active, then there will be no transition of OCx when EN goes active.
