  6. BODY LANGUAGE • Facial Expression – Natural Smile • Posture • Legs • Hands • Feet • Eye Contact • Maintain Cool

  7. COMMUNICATION • Wait for Q’s to complete • Voice – Firm, Modulated • Honest Answers • If answer not known, admit and don’t fudge • Don’t give too long answers
