  3. “No frills” nonmatriculated study (Model 1) • Easy registration, no transcripts, no language exams • Support from IDL • Low domestic IDL tuition fees and contract evaluations. • Matriculated study (Model 2) • Individualized degree programs and certificates • Favorable credit transfer policies • Ability to transfer into ESC on-site programs. A student’s goal: to take 1-2 courses from a SUNY college to include into his/her domestic degree program in order to gain knowledge of the subject matter, international e-learning and cross-cultural skills. • Steps: • to browse the current CDL catalog ( 5 terms a year) • to pick up a course • to contact IDL at idl@esc.edu. A student’s goal: to get a second bachelor’s level degree from a SUNY college (in addition to the one from their home institution) to better prepare herself for a competitive job market, to gain a broader/deeper knowledge of the subject matter and relevant skills. • Steps: • to browse the current CDL catalog • to pick up a desired degree destination • to contact IDL at idl@esc.edu.
