Current Process for Producing and Distributing Board Packages • Data and Reports are collected from the various departments all generated from different systems • Data is then organized according to the board agenda to create a board package • Copies are made for each Board member • Each set of copies is then put in a binder • Prepare Mailing envelops for delivery • Mail each board package to each Director thru the US Postal Service • Directors meet at their scheduled meeting

Implementation Process • Identify Implementation Team members and define their roles • Research and develop a list of potential vendors • Perform Due Diligence on selected vendors by sending out a Request For Proposal (RFP) • Review RFPs • Schedule Demo’s of each vendors product • Select Product • Define Implementation Plan • Build portal • Train Board Members • Provide follow up support
