  2. Archive: How it Works • No installation at client side • Archive server and database are configured and built automatically • Search result and displayed as a table including all the recorded values • Clicking on a record will open the relevant document

  3. Archive Search Features • Supports “from date, to date” search • All search variables generated automatically; no database configuration required • Supports up to 4 values using and, or, less than, greater than, and contains • Supports * and ? for searching in strings

  4. PrintBOS Archive Example • Log onto to the PrintBOS Archive using your Browser (Internet Explorer)

  5. PrintBOS Archive Example • Select required document type (QBM Invoices)

  6. PrintBOS Archive Example • Select “Search” required (Customer Name), note using “wild card” search (look for all accounts with “clad” in the Customer Name)

  7. PrintBOS Archive Example • Select document required from list: Account Name “Keyclad” Invoice No. 277965

  8. PrintBOS Archive Example • Document automatically opens in Acrobat Reader (as saved in Archive as a PDF)
