Application Table • Set Application Status Codes/Definitions Up via STVHAPS • NW=New Applicant (Active Application) • CX=Cancelled Applicant (Inactive Application) • FE=FRE Approved (Inactive Application) • LH=Left Housing (Inactive Application) • SH=SHARP (Active Application) • NA=Not Attending

4. SLARMAP • ‘From Term’ & ‘To Term’ - Drives assignment term(s) • ‘Application Type’ - Housing and/or Meal Plan • ‘Add Date’ - Tracks when student paid fee • ‘Application Status Date’ - Determines when application was last modified

5. Room Assignment Tables • SLATERM - Allows room assignments and controls fee assessment effective dates • SLALMFE - Set up of room rate codes, rules, and dollar amount for each room rate code per semester • SLAASCD - Create assignment status codes and refund percentage for each code ***Every bed space has its own room rate code which is set up via SLARDEF***

6. SLARASG • Assignment Status Codes/Definitions • AC=Active Assignment • CX=Cancelled Assignment • RC=Room Change • WD=Withdrawal

7. Billing • SLRFASM - Form which processes batch room assignment fees based on SLALMFE • Use second form in SLARASG to process individual fees
