  1. CLINIC NET Clinic net an automated system designed to handle all clinic processes which include administrative, financial and medical processes reducing the error-prone manual processes.

  2. System flow The system requires the user to set up projects/companies they are to work with, these can be internal or external projects. i.e. Outsider, or local community with their principle patients and their dependants if any.

  3. Data capture The system captures patients data, status, records visits, and also makes appointments with the doctors.

  4. Clinic visits Different projects are charged differently depending on their status and quid to the doctors room for consultation.

  5. Doctors room The doctor views patients to attend to, and he can make several decisions like laboratory tests, diagnosis, prescriptions, procedures, admissions, etc

  6. Billing After drug prescription, the patient pays an auto generated bill from the system which is cleared with the cashiers before he can pick drugs from the pharmacy or even get lab services.

  7. Cashiers room The system enables the cashier to capture all financial transactions of the clinic and automatically generate receipts.ie Receive payments Company statements Company payments Cash release Consultation fee

  8. lab In the lab, the attendant is able to view all patients that have been sent to the lab and the test to be performed. Note: Patients need pay for a test before its performed.

  9. pharmacy The pharmacist issues drugs, receives drugs, and does stock taking at a pharmacy level. Note: patient can only receive drugs if they have paid or if their status is not supposed to pay

  10. Administrative The system also handles administrative/managerial roles like Daily transactions User management and access roles Stock taking Suppliers Debit or credit notes

  11. Reports The system also generates reports of clinic processes such as : General Inventory Bin card

  12. Importance • Decreases average time a patients spend in a clinic. • Accurate record keeping eliminating duplicate patients resulting into quality work. • More effective use of staff • Accurate diagnosis • Manage Stock control (Drug and hospital equipment) • Integrated billing and inventory • Manages financial reports to keep track of your business • Authentification.
