  4. Handbook • Central to the WHUB, with sections on: - • FIH Recommendations and Guidelines for a National Umpiring Structure • FIH supported Umpiring Course Information • Ideas to help NAs to Recruit, Retain and Develop Umpires Subject:WorldHockey Umpiring Boost

  5. National Umpiring Structure Umpire Accreditations • Young Player Umpire • Starter Umpire • Level 1 Umpire • Level 2 Umpire • Level 3 Umpire Umpire Coach Accreditations • Level 1 Umpire Coach • Level 2 Umpire Coach • Level 3 Umpire Coach Subject:WorldHockey Umpiring Boost

Introduction to National Associations • Information letter to NAs in October 2004 • Formal introduction of WHUB at FIH Congress in November 2004 • National Umpiring Development Officers Workshops in each continent in 2005 and 2006 • National/Regional Courses for Umpires and Umpire Coaches Subject:WorldHockey Umpiring Boost

  7. Budget • Considerable funds have been committed: - • 2004 Preparations and Printing • 2005 UDO workshops and Umpiring Courses • 2006 UDO workshops and Umpiring Courses Subject:WorldHockey Umpiring Boost

  8. KPIs • Number of NAs with a National UDO • Number of NAs with an Umpire Education and Umpire Coach Accreditation Scheme • Number of NAs with a long term Umpiring Development Plan and associated budget • Number of Accredited Umpires and Umpire Coaches Subject:WorldHockey Umpiring Boost
