  2. SOURCES OF COMPLAINTS • ECI • Complaints received at CEO, office through- • Mail/Fax • Post • Telephone call (call center) • SMS • Complaints received at DEO, office • Complaints received at RO/ERO Lable • All complaints will be entered online

  3. Click on the Add Complain Button then the Sreen will appear as next Slide Select the Language

  4. Click on Save record after filling All Fields Click here to browse and upload the soft copy of the Document/Photo/Video
