  3. To give world class service you will need to do the following: Bring Your Smile Iron Shirt & Pants Wear Your Name Tag Clean Logo Apron Belt Where Required Socks are Matching Bring: Pens/Change/Book World Class Service Every guest IMPRESSED; not just satisfied.

  4. Before you’re able to give them World Class Service, your tables need to be clean before they sit down. To make sure your tables are clean, you must do a “9 Point Station Check”: Table Clean Sugar Caddies Full Ketchup, Salt & Pepper Full Plant & Chains free of dust Tiffanies Clean & lights on Ledges & Window Sills Wiped Chairs & Table Legs Clean Table Bases Clean Floor Vacuumed or Swept Clean Tables

  5. Once everything is set, you then follow the “8 Basic Service Steps”: 1 Minute Greeting 4 Minute Beverage 7 Minute Appetizer 14 Minute Entrée 2 Minute Check Back 5 Minute Desserts 2 Minute Check 2 Minute Table Turn Basic Service Steps
