  2. Give a Compliment! All those qualities you appreciate and look upto in someone, so many things that you notice - instead of saying it to yourself, say it to the person! It might just make someone's day. Bring a smile :)

  3. Plant a Seed! Watering a tree, planting a seed, watching a plant grow can help you feel connected to nature. This connection helps realise that you are a part of something much bigger and appreciate your surroundings.

  4. Acts of Service! Making a cup of tea for someone who is tired, holding the door, stopping the lift for someone behind you, helping someone with ther baggage. Show up for others in ways they need support.

  5. Donate! If you can, donate towards causes that you care about. Every donation counts.
