  9. Urgent care/OOH PTS/Control/111 Plans (in pipeline) re 111 And how will it blend into everything? Currently got x5 control rooms (x2 SWAST x3GWAS) Plans regarding reducing this? (A&E) Triage systems i.e Pathways/AMPDS/ADASTRA

SWAST Branch • 1a Good Branch Organising • Poor at supporting new non-clinical reps • Good at supporting new Cornish clinical reps • Good rapport with higher management • Occasional timidity on issues • Bad at communicating our successes • Good at perseverance • GWAS Branch • The more involvement you have the more youre supported • Good I.T communications between branch/members & inter branch officers/reps • Good at challenging management – Difficult to achieve reasonable resolution • Bad at keeping CEO’s • Good at individual cases but not lauding
