What is e-Delivery? • e-HR • Delivery of e-salary documents (salary statements, holiday lists, Dimona, social security payments, etc etc) in a safe, traceable and timestamped way • Archive for easy administration (Cfr next slide...) • Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment • Delivery of e-invoices in a safe, traceable and timestamped way • Easy payment via web-bank (Payment Button integration with various web-banks including Dexia, KBC, CBC, ING, ...)

  7. HR: The facts ! • 50 million payslipsare being sent in Belgium each year. This is costing companies some362 million Euros (cfr VOKA study) • The electronic payslip was officially approved of by the government on 27th June 2006 (cfr Kafka press release of 19th May) but is being used since 2004 across Europe • According to a CIMI study, more than one third of the people questioned would immediately prefer to receive their payslips electronically, most via a secured channel
