Formatting Your Presentation • Add a document theme with a background style • Add a shape to the title slide and put your names and hour in the shape • Select a quick style for your shape • Add a quick style to the titles of each of the slides • Add a shadow and change the font color of each title – use format painter to help • Have at least six clip arts throughout the presentation • Add your names in a footer to all slides except the title slide. • Print as handouts 4 slides per page except for slide 19 containing your slogan. Print the slogan as a slide.
