  4. Topic 1 • Discuss the role of animal source foods in human nutrition. Why are ASF essential for human growth and development? What happens if you eat too much or too little meat?

  5. Topic 2 2. Discuss the role of Agricultural Extension in Puerto Rico in the 1950’s. Use examples from When I Was Puerto Rican to describe projects that they did. How successful were these programs? Why?
