PD/GAD治疗推荐 识别和诊断PD, GAD 初级保健诊所治疗 定期评估并适当调整 定期评估，按需转诊专科医生 在专科医生处接受治疗 监测 • 个体化治疗 • 心理治疗 • 药物治疗 • 首选SSRIs，如果无效考虑米帕明或氯米帕明 • 治疗PD，长期预后不佳，不推荐BDZ类 • 治疗GAD，BDZ 不超过2-4周 • 自助治疗 • 药物治疗考虑 • 减少用药初期不良反应，小剂量起始，逐渐加到治疗剂量 • 有些患者需要加到治疗范围的高限 • 大部分患者需要长期治疗 • 如果患者急性期治疗有效，需要巩固至少6个月，再酌情考虑是否需要减量 • 一种抗抑郁药治疗12周无效，可换用其它治疗药物或治疗选择 • 避免漏服药所致的戒断反应 • 缓慢减药和停药
