  2. Overview Each year we solicit your suggestions for improving the software. The ideas are voted on by the users present. Those suggestions become priorities for the development group in the following year

  3. 2008 Suggestion highlights • 45 suggestions made. • 34 received one or more votes. • 11 of the 34 completed. (33%, down from an average of ~50% in past years.)

  6. Enhancement Request process - How it works We’ll go around the room soliciting suggestions. The suggestions are displayed around the room. Each company gets 5 votes to cast for the suggestions they deem most important.
