The Rivera family is one of the most prominent families, leading in indigenous Mexican music in the United States. The family came important and popular after the death of Rosa’s son, Jenni Rivera. Rosa’s son Jenni, made a name for herself for a workshop within the Regional Mexican music kidney, specifically in the styles of Banda, Mariachi, and Norteno.
