Genetic Engineering of Colonies for GFP Expression Using Ribo Constructs

This study focuses on genetic manipulation of colonies to express GFP using Ribo constructs. By utilizing the 3’UTR and HDV sequences, we engineered the colonies to produce bright green fluorescence. The constructs pBG60 and pBG78 were key in achieving this modification. This research delves into the molecular mechanisms behind GFP expression in these genetically modified colonies.
