The conference will bring together leading arbitration practitioners and lawyers from Singapore, the Indian subcontinent and beyond, to discuss a diverse wide range of arbitration related issues. • The event also seeks to provide an excellent opportunity for international lawyers and arbitrators to network with members of the Sri Lankan legal and business community. • Topics include: • Need for speed in arbitrations • Documents only arbitrations & fast track proceedings • Role of courts in arbitration: Supervision, intervention or interference? • Preventing delays and disruptions in Arbitration • The law and practice of arbitration in Sri Lanka: Trends & developments • Strengthening Arbitration in Sri Lanka: The Way Forward Singapore International Arbitration Centre WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
