Underground Railroad • Road assisting slaves to freedom in North • “Virtual freedom train” consisted of informal anti-slavery homes (stations) where its passengers (runaway slaves) were spirited by white & black abolitionists (conductors) from slave states to free sanctuary in Canada Causes of The Civil War
