Berkson Family Law was created as Louis Berkson and Globe Liverpool solicitors in the 1930s. It was one of only a few solicitors practices in the City that still remain today. Specializing in private client work Louis Berkson and Stanley Globe made their mark in the City as solicitors who cared about the individual: the David against the Goliath. For the last 20 years we have developed and grown our expertise in this area of law to the extent that we rank in the very, very few solicitors in the country that can truly call themselves a specialist family law practice.

  2. ABOUT US was created as Louis Berkson and Globe solicitors in the 1930s. It was one of only a few solicitors practices in the City that still remain today. Specialising in private client work Louis Berkson and Stanley Globe made their mark in the City as solicitors who cared about the individual: the David against the Goliath. During the 1980s the practice expanded to include three new partners: Judith Fordham, Valerie Limont and Chris Darlington. Practicing in Family Law, Criminal Law, Conveyancing and Personal Injury, the practice grew and grew as it increased in numbers and opened two new offices: one in Cook Street and one in Allerton Road Liverpool. Louis Berkson and Stanley Globe retired from practice during that decade.
