International Activities ASEAN Food Reference Laboratory for Veterinary Drug Residues Since2004 • AFRLs network was initiated at the Workshop and Expert Consultation on “Strategies for Strengthening Food Testing in ASEAN” • In Jakarta, Indonesia on 7 – 11 June 2004underthe EC- ASEAN Economic cooperation Programmeon Standards, Quality and Conformity Assessment. • Veterinary Public Health Lab wasselected andassignedas AFRL for Veterinary Drug Residues since then.
