Journals cont’d… • Subscription model (through JSTOR): • Library must subscribe to entire JSTOR bundle of journals, priced by “size” of institution.
Journals cont’d… • (1999) Added an XML metadata file to each e-version of journal articles. • The metadata is used to imbed the AMS journals in large journal databases such as OCLC, SwetsNet and others.

Mathematical Reviews (MR) • (1990) Bibliographic data keyboarded in TeX for all reviews in MR from 1940 to 1979. These were made available on MathSci Disc and online via Dialog.
Mathematical Reviews, cont’d… • (1997—1998) All reviews in MR keyboarded in TeX from 1940—1984. As the keyboarded reviews became available they were put on MathSciNet.
AMS Books • (2000) Began to digitize monographs from the AMS backlist, both old and relatively new titles • Depending on the state of the files, scanned at 600 dpi with a PDF wrapper or created a PDF file (chapter at a time) from a TeX file.
AMS Books cont’d… • Posted 6 books in 2000 • Posted 12 books in 2001 • Expect to post at least 12 in 2002 • Freely accessible on the AMS website (www.ams.org)
