Follow the Steps below to Fix Canon Printer Hard Disk Error Code E602 – SOLUTION 1 – Verify Hard Disk Cable You should check the connection of the Hard Disk cable, maybe the wiring connection & the cable between the connector is not connected properly. SOLUTION 2 – Check the Main Controller PCB Turn OFF the main power of the Printing machine and then verify that the main power indicator on the printer control panel is not lit properly. If the issue is not resolved, then you should try to replace the main controller PCB.

  4. SOLUTION 3 – Verify HDD You should properly check the Removable HDD Kit of your Printer. May be a problem is occurring there.
