  4. On the horizon…… • Observed Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE) • 3 station mini OSCE • Pilot OSCE • 20 students in rotation 3 of 2008 • OSCE classwide 2008-2009 Academic Year

On the horizon…… • Core curriculum changes • Review of written examination question summaries has revealed some gaps in our core curriculum • 2008-2009 expect an expansion of the core curriculum series • Select faculty, based on expertise and enthusiasm for teaching medical students, will be invited to participate in the expansion of the core curriculum series

  9. VCU Club Med • Resurgence in Club Med • The purpose of Club Med is to foster an interest in the field of internal medicine and to allow the opportunity for medical students to meet and develop relationships with housestaff and attendings in the Department of Internal Medicine
