  1. I have observed that among the highest levels of California real estate, ordinary home sales techniques have given way to upscale social events, full of printed invitations, gourmet cuisine, expensive wines, a million-dollar works of art and entertainment of the first kind.

  2. Gone are the days of the boom in which the lotteries were held to choose the lucky buyer of a home to hundreds of mouth-watering prospect. Real estate agents and luxury homeowners in California have raised the bar in this uncertain real estate climate. They refer to it as the extreme house selling.

  3. Recently, an art show was held in a vacant property north of California. Instead of furniture, artwork hung in every room of the house the real estate agent had presented some original works of art that appeal to potential buyers. The artists expect potential buyers to purchase their art.

  4. I was a bit interested of how real estate changed and I found out that throughout California, a marketing tool among real estate agents is also changing. Before, boring open houses are held on weekdays but now, it has become large-scale events to attract more players and build momentum. High-end listings have served seated meals, open bar and prizes such as plasma TVs, vacations and new cars to attract players from all over the country.

  5. I was also amazed that at the opposite end of the spectrum are "open houses" for homes priced as high as $ 21.9 million. In the present case in the upscale neighborhoods throughout Southern California, this is an opportunity for a curious average person - no doubt motivated by real estate agents desperate for any form of promotion and money. The agent community is divided on whether this is beneficial or detrimental to an industry on shaky ground. With the idea of ​​producing positive results, I am expecting the trend to spread nationwide.
