  1. LIPOSOMAL VITAMINS: WHAT THEY ARE AND THEIR BENEFITS

  2. WHAT ARE LIPOSOMES? Liposomal vitamins represent an evolution of traditional vitamins as, in addition to having a very different structure, they also offer greater efficacy. The presence of liposomes, in particular, allows them to be absorbed more easily by the body and therefore makes them preferable to other vitamins. Liposomes are nothing more than water-lipid vesicles with a diameter of no more than 1 μm, made up of a lipid bilayer.

  3. These substances represent a popular carrier of numerous active ingredients and are therefore widely used in the composition of supplements and medicines. On the other hand, liposomes offer many advantages as, in addition to improving the absorption of the vitamin or drug, they also help protect them from premature decomposition or oxidation. Not only that, the liposomal structure allows the drug to be released only to the target tissue that needs it. All this has allowed a rapid diffusion of liposomal vitamins, which therefore represent a valid alternative to the traditional ones.

  4. LIPOSOMAL VITAMINS: HOW THEY WORK AND WHY THEY ARE MORE EFFECTIVE Specifically, the unique properties of liposomes allow both hydrophilic and hydrophobic molecules to be encapsulated within them. Precisely for this reason it is possible to create a whole range of liposomal vitamins: from fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K to vitamin C and water-soluble vitamins of group B. The technique of encapsulating vitamins in liposomes significantly improves their stability during production or storage, but above all it improves its absorption and therefore also its effectiveness.

  5. LIPOSOMAL VITAMIN C: ALL THE BENEFITS Among the various types, one of the most requested and used is undoubtedly liposomal vitamin C. The latter, in fact, enters the circulation with a 77% higher efficiency than conventional vitamin C. This means that, even at lower doses, we are guaranteed to absorb the right amount of active ingredient. In this regard, however, the advice is to rely on certified supplements free from ingredients dangerous to health.

  6. We at Benessence, for example, suggest taking a specific product designed specifically to improve the absorption of this essential substance for the well-being and health of our body. To Read our full blog click here: https://www.benessence.it/blog/vitamine-liposomiali-cosa-sono-e-vantaggi/
