YOKU employs more than 3,000 staff throughout 100,000 square meters of manufacturing facilities which enable a daily production capacity of more than 100,000 large capacity battery and more than 200,000 batteries for mobile phones. YOKU is one of the largest supplier to Lithium polymer battery industry and the largest manufacturer of high capacity Lithium polymer batteries worldwide.

  11. Quality Management System First-class Quality The early adoption of internationally recognised quality standards has been a key consideration for YOKU. From the founding days YOKU set stringent standards in areas of raw material inspection, manufacturing processes and inspection. Now with full ISO9000 Quality Assurance accreditation all the Company’s processes from product design and development through manufacture and after sales services are controlled under the Company’s Quality Assurance System. Similarly, YOKU is certified to ISO14001 to ensure that all our processes are environmentally friendly. Additionally many advanced methods and effective tools for the support of the quality management process are employed e.g. Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Capability Index (CPK) etc. and as relevant new methods emerge they will be adopted to further develop the QAS.

The safety performance of YOKU products meets all relevant international standards. There are no heavy metals in YOKU products i.e. metals such as Mercury or Chromium are not used and the products comply with RoHS & WEEE directives, testing carried out by SGS.
