  2. CONSIDE HOW YOU SPEND YOUR TIME • Sleeping • Showering, dressing, grooming • Meals, family responsibilities • Commuting, travel time, errands • Classes and work • Television • Studying

  3. SCHEDULE STUDY SESSIONS THAT ACTUALLY WORK • Make study times during your best time of day • Don’t schedule overly long sessions • Allow for 5- to 10-minute study breaks • Reward yourself when you’re done studying

  4. FIGHT DISTRACTIONS! • Establish a couple of places where all you do is • Establish a good study environment • Fight electronic distractions • Avoid “multitasking” • Fight telephone distractions
