  34. 6. ... this is one class you don’t fall asleepin. ……这是一节你不会想睡觉(感到困难)的课。 1)句中的in是不可少的。这句话可以分 为两句话: This is one class. In the class you don’t fall asleep.

  35. 2) fall asleep为固定短语,意为“入睡;睡着”。asleep为表语形容词。不能用在名词前作定语。类似的词还有: alike, alive, alone, ashamed, awake, aware等等。 如: The baby is fast asleep. 婴儿很快就睡着了。

  36. The fish is still alive. 鱼还活着。 He was ashamed of having asked such a question. 他对自己问了那种问题感到惭愧。
