Goal • Our aim is to give our employees the best introduction on our • company and its different brands and to focus on the implementation of the company quality standards, procedures and goals. • We also want to introduce the key positions essential for the future tasks in the relevant region/hotel. • Our main focus will be on the following areas: • Security and safety • Guest survey (GSI, Tour Operators and Internet) • Food quality, service and cleanliness • Up-selling • Product maintenance • Personal goals • Future hotels projects (Owned and Managed hotels)
Introduction program in Cairo January 17 to 19, 2009 • The introduction in Cairo should take 2 days, including a quick meeting for presenting Jaz Hotels and Resort with the CEO. • Further the employee will meet with all the Department Heads based at Cairo Head Office : • Director Managed Hotels (if needed) • Corporate Director of Operations • Regional Dir. of HR • Marketing Manager • Group Director of Sales & Marketing or Deputy or Sales Manager of the Hotel • Corporate Financial Controller • Regional Purchasing Manager • Tour operators (if based in Travco) • Other Travco companies based on individual needs
Introduction program in Cairo Introduction program in Cairo January 17 to 19, 2009 • Each Department Head will prepare a schedule for his department based on the sample below: • Operation • Organization Chart entire Head Office • Hotel history • Challenges in the region/hotel • Development and projects or renovation • Last inspection list and key points to supervise • Handover soft and printed data • Handover Emails • Consolidated Jaz Hotels & Resorts Brochures/Hotel Fact Sheet
Introduction in the property January 20 to 22, 2009 • The last step of the program is the introduction within the property. • This one will last for 2 days and include: • Tour of the entire property • Presentation to the Project Manager and his Engineers • Presentation to the Owning Company • The introduction on site will be accompanied by Director of Managed Hotels and CDOO.
