Track & Trace • Track & Trace is a very good tool when you are looking for information related to LR, Challan(Memo), FM, MR, Bill all from one place. • You don’t have to go to multiple forms or reports to get the information. • If we have number of one of the above vouchers (LR, Challan, FM, MR or Bill) you can find information of all the related linked vouchers with that voucher. • You can also view the voucher in read only mode from there only by clicking its hyperlink which is the full voucher number in blue colour. • Print of these vouchers can be taken or they can be exported as soft copy in various popular formats like Pdf, doc, Xls etc. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  3. To open this utility either use its ShortCut on main screen or from menu under User Desk.For this example I am going to take the menu option. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. To start click on User Desk option on main screen Now Click on User Desk Menu. From the sub menu click on Track N Trace Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. Search can be done on GC(LR), Trip(FM), Bill, Memo, MR, MR(Delivery) Selection of Financial Year in which the document was created can be selected here. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. We will start by doing a search on LR and from there will see all the vouchers created against that LR and their information. For this Scenario I am going to use LR no-285487 created by PDM branch. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. Enter the GC(LR) number in the search Box and click on Go button. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. See the Details which are shown for this LR(GC) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. All the Voucher number’s shown in blue colour with underline are hyperlinks which means that on clicking them they will be opened in view mode. For some vouchers printing is also possible from here. Here I am going to click on FM number and it will display the FM details and other vouchers linked with FM also.   12. On this screen you can see the BTH, LR, Trip settlement vouchers linked with this FM See by just entering the LR number we were able to get lots of details in single form Now I will click on Trip settlement number to see it in view mode Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Lets take print preview of the bill linked with this LR. By clicking on the bill number that is NYT-00001619 Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  15. By clicking on the print button at the bottom we can take print of this bill. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  16. Here the preview of Bill is shown by clicking on printer button we can print it or by clicking on the Save/ Export button we can export in various formats. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
