细菌性 痢疾. 细菌性痢疾. 付伟. 1. 流行特点 细菌性痢疾是由细菌引起的肠道传染病。 病菌存在于病人的粪便中,经口传染。. 2. 症状 ( 1 )发病急,高热,腹痛、腹泻。一日可腹泻几十次,有明显的里急后重(有总排不净大便的感觉)。大便内有黏液及脓血。 ( 2 )少数病人高热,很快抽风、昏迷,为中度型痢疾。. 3. 护理 ( 1 )发热时应卧床休息,饮食以流质或半流质为主,忌食多渣、油腻或有刺激性的食物。 ( 2 )应遵医嘱服药。急性菌痢的疗程一般为 7 ~ 10 天,若未按医嘱服药,治疗不彻底,易转成慢性菌痢。. 4. 预防

  2. 1.流行特点 细菌性痢疾是由细菌引起的肠道传染病。 病菌存在于病人的粪便中,经口传染。

  3. 2.症状 (1)发病急,高热,腹痛、腹泻。一日可腹泻几十次,有明显的里急后重(有总排不净大便的感觉)。大便内有黏液及脓血。 (2)少数病人高热,很快抽风、昏迷,为中度型痢疾。
