  8. 3 - ‘Find a Contact Centre’ facility – Public view Minimal view only for non members

  9. 4 – Signposting Information • There is a range of information in ‘Families Help and Support’ • The ‘Links’ page shows a wealth of resources which may be useful or of interest • The ‘FAQs’ page has a range of answers to questions we often get asked

Members’area of website • Benefits of logging on include:- • Discounts for publications in the online shop • Full details displayed when using ‘Find a Contact Centre’ • NACCC Directory available to download at any time – updated regularly • Guidance manual and other documents available in secure area

  11. 1– Discounted Publications • Members who log on and access the online shop can buy goods at reduced rates

  12. 2 -‘Find a Contact Centre’ facility – Members view • Members who log on see full details available

  13. 3 – NACCC Directory • This can be found on the members home page • It is updated regularly • Can be saved as a pdf file and searched • And looks like this:-

  16. More benefits on members area • New Facebook area for members to share topics of interest • Training modules available to buy • Back copies of ‘Contact Matters’ magazine • ‘Links’ page where Centres can have their websites listed
